I’ve just finished Call Of Duty 4; it’s an amazing game. Last bonus level is awesome and more intense than the rest of the game, if that is possible. Check out Jay finishing the bonus level here:

Call Of Duty 4 Bonus Level

Jay just completed Call Of Duty 4 on hard and when you do that, you get this wicked bonus level. Took us a good hour or so to clock it (I was close but not close enough) and this video pretty well acts as a review for the game and sums up just how good it all is.

Get it and play it, it’s ace.

UPDATE  - I just completed this too.  I’m not very good at games in general although I have got better recently and this is the first game apart from sonic the hedgehog on the game gear I’ve ever finished.  Well good.  Now I just need to kill three guys in a row with my knife and find all the terrorist intelligence and I’ve fully clocked it.  Haha.

Rock Funiture From Obscurity

http://www.boingboing.net/images/gamerz.jpgPosted up a few places are these photos of some furniture apparently made by Ned Troide (one time video game high score celebrity. In 1982 playing Defender he scored 72999975 with just one quarter, a feat which took him 62 1/2 hours), but in fact apparently built by artist Paul Davies as part of an installation piece to “match his [Troide's] lifestyle” according to http://seattlepi.nwsource.com/visualart/213458_visual25.html). The score is insane in itself, but as it has since been surpassed and this is only one game in millions, the obscurity of it all adds an extra intrigue to the furniture. Plus they look awesome, and fit perfectly in between form and function. There is apparently a marijuana smoking table too, but I can’t find any pictures. There is also some confusion over whether Troide ever built or used them or if they were built purely for show (I can’t get to the bottom of it anyway) but hopefully someone will take the hint and make some reproductions.
Rock out with your cock out!
